Brooke Smith New Home Prices

Brooke Smith new home prices are less expensive than neighboring Houston Heights.
In my previous blog post about this neighborhood, I wrote about the Prices of remodeled Brooke Smith homes and how I recommended them for their value. The same holds true for new construction homes in Brooke Smith. Lot prices are cheaper here than the rest of the Heights, so the prices of new homes are less expensive too.

There are a lot of homes being built or remodeled in and around Brooke Smith. I selected the ones being built on full-size (5000 SF) lots to show prices. I also broke these down into two types; big 2-story homes and the rare single story new home. I love Craftsman bungalows, so it is great to see new ones being built.

There are some cool new homes being built in Brooke Smith. I highlighted two examples here.
