Heights White Oak Blvd-Dodging Traffic

The Heights now has a lot of interesting places to eat and drink. The toughest to navigate though is White Oak Blvd at Studewood. You can park on the street or in lots on the south, but you still have to walk across the crazy traffic. Drivers are desperately looking for a spot to pull into and make fast last-minute turns to grab a spot. Cars, bikes, pedestrians, strollers are all dashing back and forth, into and out of traffic.

I loved this illustration of the frogger map of White Oak Blvd eateries. Just picture it animated and you get a feel for it on a Friday or Saturday evening. This was published in the August 2017 issue of Houstonia.
