314 W 13th St is a beautifully renovated and expanded 1907 Queen Anne Victorian home in Houston’s West Heights Historic District. An amazing remodel of a Heights Historic District home.

The owner of this Victorian home searched a long time to find a Victorian home to remodel in the Heights. She wanted a great location, great exterior features, and a home that hadn’t been too screwed up by previous “remodels”. She found found this home in 2013. A perfect location that is ideal for someone who prefers to leave her car at home and walk to restaurants. The interior was not a pretty sight, but she soon had that gutted and added another 600 SF to the rear.

The end result is a stunning, spacious, tastefully redone home with both historical features and modern amenities. I see a lot of renovated Heights homes, but this is one that wowed me when I saw it.

314 W 13th St is 1750 SF Victorian home on 4400 SF lot. 3 bedrooms/2 bath with French doors leading to
outside decks. More details on this Queen Anne Victorian.

The YouTube Video below is better than a long list of amenities.

This Heights Historic District Home is 1750 SF 3BR/2Ba, $649,900

The addition to this house added 600 SF: a master suite, breakfast area  and a dream laundry room.

10 foot ceilings and 6 foot tall windows give a very spacious feel. There is no central hall taking up space so all 1750 SF is living space. The master suite is gorgeous, as are both artistically done baths.
